Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of the new 35,000 m² Massbuild distribution warehouse – located in the Waterfall Distribution Campus in Midrand to service their Builders Warehouse, Builders Express, Builders Superstore and Builders Trade Depot brands.

The client needed to consolidate four complementary brands under one facility.
OUTCOME
The project was completed on time and within budget. The facility includes efficient technologies such as solar heating and natural light usage. The 35,000 m² facility has the capability to expand to 55,000 m². It distributes direct import stock to all Massbuild formats and stores across the country as well as its African stores.
