Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of the City Lodge’s first hotel in the Johannesburg CBD.

CLIENT BRIEF
The client wanted to develop a new hotel with 148 bedrooms, two boardrooms (a 16-seater and a 10-seater), mini-gym, swimming pool, coffee shop and bistro-style lounge.
OUTCOME
The project was completed on time and within budget. The City Lodge Hotel compliments the exciting restaurants and leisure offerings in the area, significantly enhancing the Newtown Junction and elevating it as a hotspot for shopping, business and tourists in the CBD.
