Metrum was appointed to project manage the development of a ‘new concept’ 168 key hotel within the Courtyard Hotel brand located in Waterfall City north of Johannesburg.
The 10-storey hotel includes a rooftop bar/function area as well as a 100-seater conference facility. It has 160 rooms as well as eight suites, meeting rooms, a swimming pool and a gym.
