Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of Tsogo Sun’s new StayEasy hotel. This development was built as part of a mixed-use development and is situated above the new Baia Mall.

CLIENT BRIEF
The client wanted to develop a 125-room hotel featuring an outdoor deck next to a swimming pool, a meeting room for up to 12 delegates, a self-service workstation and a state-of-the-art gymnasium located in the adjoining Baia Mall.
