PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of various commercial, retail, residential, city centre, leisure and public area projects within the estate.

Steyn City is a prestigious 2,000-acre parkland and lifestyle estate situated between William Nicol Drive and Cedar Road, north of Fourways, Johannesburg. The estate features a world-class Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and space to accommodate 10,000 residential properties for sale or rent.

The first residential phase of the multi-billion rand development features 731 apartments, 64 cluster units as well as 220 freehold stands.

The developments’ commercial offering includes 50,000 m² of commercial space.

A set of eight office blocks make up this new commercial development and each block will be customised to the client’s specific brief.

A retirement village, a primary and high school, and two retail centers form part of Phase 2.
