Fincorp Head Office, Swaziland

Metrum was appointed to project manage the development of the new Fincorp headquarters in a prime location at the intersection of major arterial routes through the city centre of Mbabane, Swaziland.

The client wanted to construct an office building with two levels of basement parking, five levels of office floors, two lifts and 77 parking bays.

This multi-storey was set to be a landmark office building in Mbabane and further enhance the exposure and corporate image of Fincorp.

Fincorp’s new offices provide excellent visibility and easy access to vehicles and pedestrians.
