Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of FNB Menlyn Corner, the regional head office for FNB, Rand Merchant Bank and other divisions that were scattered across the city.

CLIENT BRIEF
The client required a 49,000 m² office complex comprising a ground level, five storeys of offices for 840 people, a super basement of four parking levels and 15,000 m² of gross lettable area.
OUTCOME
The project was delivered on time and within budget. The specifications of the building surpassed the normal criteria of a commercial building, with raised access flooring for flexible voice/data/power reticulation to workstations, as well as significant emergency power back-up installations.
