Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of the Torres Rani development built on the seafront in the Bay of Maputo, on the Avenida da Marginal.

CLIENT BRIEF
The client wanted to develop an iconic two-tower structure spanning 74,000 m² of GFA.
The 17-storey apartment tower consists of 181 furnished and serviced 1, 2 and 3-bedroom studios. There are 11 apartments per floor and the 20th and 21st floors are dedicated to six luxury, double-storey penthouse suites.
The 15-storey office tower consists of 21,000 m² of office space with ultra-modern office areas including ablutions, kitchenettes and service rooms on each floor.
There are three storeys of secure covered parking garage. The 3,500 m² ground level retail space services both the residential and office towers. The public areas include two swimming pools, an outside entertainment area, children’s play area, cocktail bar, restaurants and lounges as well as a gymnasium.
