Park Central, Rosebank

Metrum was appointed to project manage the construction of Park Central, one of the tallest residential buildings in Rosebank.

The client wanted to develop 150 luxurious apartments, from studios, one-bedroom suites and double volume duplexes to full-level penthouse sky homes.

Scope of works included penthouse suites, basement parking, front desk, gym facilities, kitchen facilities, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, clubhouse, storage facilities and 100% generator back-up.
